Hear Me 'TALK'

Our Fee paying service

Counselling for any issue or difficulty in your life

​

We now have a fee-paying counselling service.  This is a social enterprise which means any profits made will be put back into Hear Me to help support our charity work.

​

The 'TALK' service is provided for adults (age 18+) who live in Scotland.  You can recieve counselling on any issue or difficulty in your life.  It's up to you what you want to talk about.  Some common issues that can be addressed in counselling;-

• Bereavement

• Bullying

• Illness

• Depression

• Relationships

• Work related issues

• Stress

• Anxiety

• Low self-esteem

• Anger issues

• Self-harm                                                               

• Suicidal feelings

If you live in Angus

We can provide counselling in a variety of ways.  For example, face-to-face, walk-and-talk (outdoor counselling), telephone, and/or digital platforms if you live in the Angus area. 

​

Scotland wide

If you live anywhere else in Scotland, we can provide counselling by telephone or digital platforms (i.e. Zoom, Teams etc).

Pricing

Each session costs £70 and lasts 1 hour. 

Payment is by invoice and will be sent to you each month for the duration of the counselling.

 

Our counsellors are experienced, higly qualified, and members of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  We work with people in an integrative way, tailoring our appraoch for each individuals need (one size does not fit all!), to support YOU to live your life to the fullest.
